Limit Your Account

Many of our customers use Deposit Limits to manage their spending. Limits can be set for a daily, weekly or monthly period and cannot be overridden.

You can decrease your Deposit Limits at any time and this will be applied immediately.

Before increasing your Deposit Limits, carefully consider if you can afford to do so. Never decide to increase your limit because you have lost money and think that you will win it back by gambling more. If you wish to increase a limit you will need to wait 24 hours before we action your request and then return to our site to confirm that you still want to increase it.

To help you manage the amount of time you spend playing at bet365, you can set up a Reality Check alert on your account. Once set, a pop-up alert will be displayed as a reminder that you have been logged into your account for the specified period of time.

If you wish to receive the alerts more often, then any changes will be applied straight away, but if you wish to receive the alerts less often you will need to wait 24 hours before this is applied.

Loss Limits enable you to restrict the total amount you can lose in any calendar day, week or month.

Loss Limits take into account your (Loss Limit - Amount of Loss Limit Spent) + Total Returns within the chosen time period.

For example, if you have a daily Loss Limit of 1000 RSD and place a 1000 RSD bet, you will not be able to spend any more that day unless you get a return. If you were then to receive a return of 500 RSD, even if the bet was placed on a previous day, then you would be able to spend that 500 RSD.

Once your limit is reached, you will be unable to stake any further funds until the applicable time period resets.

You will still be able to use all other bet365 services.
